Who we are

ZoomGTM is a go-to-market sales call center. Our headquarters is in Zurich, Switzerland, with an engineering office in Toronto, Canada and an operations office in Makati, Philippines. ZoomGTM is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Write to operator@zoom-gtm.com with any question or request.

What this policy covers

This policy covers zoomgtm.com and the ways you can contact us from it. It does not cover third-party services that we link to. Once you open Calendly, WhatsApp, Telegram, or GigDesk, the policy of that service applies.

What we collect

• What you send us. If you email, message, or book a call, we receive your name, your contact details, and whatever you choose to write to us.
• Booking data. If you book through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email address, and the time you selected, and passes it to us.
• Technical logs. Our content delivery network records the IP address, the request time, the page requested, and the browser user agent for each request. We use these for security and for keeping the site available.
• Your cookie choice. Stored in your browser, not on our servers. See the cookie policy.

We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site at present, and there are no user accounts. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Why we use it, and on what basis

• To answer you and to run a sales conversation. Basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
• To deliver services to clients. Basis: performance of a contract.
• To keep the site secure and available. Basis: our legitimate interest in operating a safe service.
• To place optional cookies. Basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our instructions, and only as far as they need it:

• Amazon Web Services — hosting and content delivery
• Calendly — scheduling
• WhatsApp and Telegram — messaging, if you choose those channels
• Google Fonts — typeface delivery, which exposes your IP address to Google
• GigDesk — applications from candidates who join through our academy

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

International transfers

We operate in Switzerland, Canada, and the Philippines, and our providers operate in the United States and elsewhere. Where we move personal data out of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses with the recipient.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after our last exchange. We keep client records for the length of the engagement and for as long as tax and accounting law requires afterwards. Technical logs are kept for a short operational period and then discarded.

Your rights

Subject to local law, you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to another provider. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, and you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting what we did before you withdrew it.

Write to operator@zoom-gtm.com and we will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to your supervisory authority — in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner; in the European Economic Area, the authority for your country; in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. We limit access to enquiry data to the people who need it, and we review that access. No method of transmission is completely secure, so please do not send us sensitive personal data by message.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects optional cookies, the consent banner will ask you again before anything new loads.
