These terms govern your use of zoomgtm.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this site is

This site describes ZoomGTM and how to reach us. The content is general information about our services. It is not an offer, a quotation, a guarantee of any result, or professional advice. Figures shown on the site are indicative and describe past or typical activity. They are not a promise of future performance.

Services are contracted separately

Nothing on this site creates a services relationship. Client work is governed by a separate written agreement between you and ZoomGTM, which sets out scope, fees, and duration, and which prevails over these terms where the two differ.

Joining ZoomGTM as an affiliate or as a virtual assistant is likewise governed by a separate agreement. Academy training is offered free of charge to the candidate. Completing it does not guarantee placement, a shift, or any level of earnings.

Acceptable use

You may view and share this site for your own lawful purposes. You may not:

• copy, republish, or resell the site or a substantial part of it;
• scrape or harvest it by automated means beyond ordinary search indexing;
• probe, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure;
• use it to send unlawful, misleading, or abusive material.

Intellectual property

The site, its text, design, and code belong to ZoomGTM or to its licensors, and are protected by copyright and other rights. Trademarks and company names shown on the site belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply that owner endorses ZoomGTM.

Third-party links and services

The site links to services we do not control, including Calendly, WhatsApp, Telegram, and GigDesk. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their handling of your data. Their own terms apply once you arrive there.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice. The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind so far as the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZoomGTM is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, lost revenue, lost business, or lost data, arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the site.

Privacy

Our privacy policy and cookie policy explain how we handle personal data, and form part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Switzerland. The courts of Zurich have exclusive jurisdiction, except that a consumer may bring proceedings in the courts of their own country of residence where local law gives them that right.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and the version in force is the one published when you use the site.
